My name is Candace and I’m the Owner and Dyer here at Yarn Dragon Fibers and I've been a fiber lover since 2013. I started as a crocheter and have been hooked ever since (pun intended). When I found my first LYS I quickly fell in love with the look and feel of hand dyed yarn and began experimenting at home. After several years of research and experimenting I decided to pull the trigger and start my own hand dyed yarn business! I am a self-described yarn dragon and I firmly believe that creating with yarn and collecting yarn are two separate but equal hobbies. So let me fuel your habit with beautiful squishy yarn! I take my inspiration from pop culture, art, literature and nature. My day job is software development but yarn is my truest passion. In my personal life I'm a mom of 2 sweet girls and love spending time with my family, knitting, crocheting, reading and binge watching the latest and greatest TV show. I hope my creations bring you as much joy as they gave me in creating them.
